Tribute to “Kalamata IN” by “Efimerida ton Syntakton” Newspaper
A beautiful tribute to the “Kalamata IN” team was published in the weekend edition (November 23-24) of “Efimerida ton Syntakton” Newspaper.
“When Google Street View doesn’t come to Greece, a group of young people from Kalamata decide to take action!” With this phrase, the columnist begins to introduce the public to our work as a local website that “brings the image of Kalamata, the street view, to our mobile, tablet and computer… a realistic walk through the city’s neighborhoods with an absolute depiction of reality.”

He continues by talking about start-ups, innovation, fresh ideas and attracting new investments, emphasizing our goal, which is none other than to make Kalamata more popular and to further advertise itself.
There is also talk about our team’s decision to chase dreams and realize ideas despite the difficult socio-economic crisis we are experiencing, since “you don’t need to go abroad to seek the highest level, but you can stay in your place and raise the level here!”.
“They have managed to stand out within a year, not only locally, but also more broadly… while activities and achievements worth mentioning for kalamatain.gr are the interviews they have conducted with personalities from the Greek and beyond, the participation in pavilions and exhibitions, the speeches at conferences, the support of events, the tributes from the press (local and central) and, finally, the virtual tour platform,” says the columnist, giving us the strength to continue the effort to promote our place through collective work, a lot of appetite and ideas!
